Garmin® Shareholders Approve Quarterly Dividend through March 2021 and Garmin Announces Record Date and Payout Date for June 2020 Dividend Payout

SCHAFFHOUSE, Switzerland–(BUSINESS WIRE)–At the annual meeting of shareholders of Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN) held today, shareholders approved, in accordance with Swiss corporate law, a cash dividend in the amount of US$2.44 per share (subject to adjustment in case of depreciation of the Swiss franc by more than 35% against the USD), payable in four equal instalments. The Board has determined that the June dividend payment will be paid as set out below and currently anticipates the timing of the remaining quarterly dividends as follows:
